Wealth Succession Structure
For families documenting how assets pass between generations, before a crisis forces the issue.

Scope
The firm reviews what the family holds, how it is titled, and the outcome under the current arrangement. Gaps are flagged: missing wills, assets in the wrong names, structures not reviewed in a decade. Lawyers and accountants then complete the formal drafting.
The firm is not a law firm and does not write wills or trusts.
When to engage
Engage while the family is well and decisions are unhurried. Engagements under time pressure follow a different path and are outside this service.
Common questions about wealth succession
Do you write wills, trusts or company structures?
No. We are not a law firm or a tax practice. We review how your assets are currently held and flag the gaps, then introduce you to qualified lawyers and accountants who draft the actual documents. Our job is to make that professional work faster and cheaper.
When is the right time to start this?
Earlier, not later. Engaging while the family is well and decisions are unhurried is a very different process from doing it under crisis pressure. We are set up for the first case. Most families who come to us wish they had started two years earlier.
Do you work with our existing lawyer and accountant?
Yes, and we prefer to. We produce a structural review that your existing professionals can build on, rather than replacing them. Where you do not yet have a suitable solicitor or tax agent, we introduce you to established practitioners.
What if our family situation is already complex?
Complexity is exactly when a structural review helps most. We map the entities, the titles and the relationships, and produce a single document that everyone, family, accountant and lawyer, can read from the same page. We have worked with blended families, business-owning families and cross-border families.
Is this a one-off engagement?
Yes. We deliver a written structural review and a short list of the professional work needed. We do not hold ongoing retainers for succession. Most clients revisit the review every three to five years, or after a major life change.
